What type of protection do you need for your outdoor lights?
Before choosing a lighting product, you must consider the application and use. To be on the safe side, you would need to choose your outdoor lighting based on their protection class. We would advise at least IP44 for exterior lighting to guard against wind, UV radiation, moisture and dust.
We have developed exterior lighting products that are capable of withstanding adverse outdoor conditions. It is important to remember that the more exposed a lighting product is, the higher the degree of protection there must be. For outdoor use, we recommend IP44 (e.g. an outdoor wall light with splashproof resistance) up to IP67 (e.g. recessed floor spotlights which are water-resistant for a period of time). Learn more about each protection type and class in our blog, or talk to a professional to make an informed decision.

Outdoor lighting with motion sensors
Illuminate only what you need. This will ensure you save energy and ensure safety around the exterior of your home. Integrated motion sensors are built into the light meaning you only need a power connection with continuous current for this to work.
The sensor does all the work for you. We would recommend an outdoor light with a motion sensor if you would like the exterior of your home to be lit up when it goes dark, as well as being sensitive to movement. Mount this on the ceiling, wall or on the corner of the house and be sure your outdoor lighting will switch on automatically.
Solar Lighting
Illuminate the exterior of your home in an energy-saving and sustainable way. Solar lighting is not only decorative, but also efficient. During the day, the sun's energy is stored and then released again in the darkness. Place a stylish decorative light on your garden table or flowerbed.
Have you considered illuminated house numbers? You can find examples of these in our outdoor wall lights collection. Always consider the environment as solar energy is much more efficient.
Indirect lights
Use the exterior wall of your home as a reflection surface. The light will cast on your wall and then illuminate the surrounding area. We offer outdoor lighting that shines up and down, as well as outdoor lights that can be swivelled.
Find your favourite lighting scene and inspire your friends and family through your lighting choices. With our indirect lighting products, you can give your exterior light a chance to shine. Soft colours also look great outside.
